1. If fond the error when open script or bank file, loading is interrupted and bank is initialized/cleared.
2. Fixed function "Normalize WAV files of multisample (like group) to -0.5dB..." in multisample menu.
   This function normalize all WAV files of current selected multisample, like one group of files (keep file to file volume dependences) to max audio level of -0.5dB.

1. New format of bank files and script files - Version 2!
   This bank manager open and save only files with Version 2!!! Dont work with banks and scripts Version 1!
   Old banks will be updated to Version 2, with new Operation System for Sampler 3, minimum version 0.37.
   Sampler 3 automatically do this when open bank. No need USER intervention.
   Bank manager dont work with protected bank or protected scripts!
   Work only with UNPROTECTED banks and scripts!

2. Bank combinator and bank search assystant function is temporary disabled, due to not ready for Sampler 3.
